Sometimes clients have to change their information after they have already submitted an organizer. I would like to have the ability to unsubmit an organizer so they can do this. I don't want them to have the ability to change something without my permission/knowledge, but it would be nice to be able to unsubmit it for them so they can change it and resubmit it.
