Instead the generic email template that simply reminds our clients there is X number of questions in their portal, would there be any way to implement AI to give them a clearer breakdown of what is needed AND give insight to the WHY behind the request / open Qs? As in, bank statements SO THAT we make sure everything is accounted for and nothing extra, or payroll reports SO THAT all pieces are correct and P&L and Balance Sheet are correct and true.
