I'd like to set our AI to default to the model of my choice. Having to click to OpenAI then select my ChatGPT version is annoying to do on every single chat. Plus our staff doesn't know the difference (its that cheaper token cost!) and I'd like to set a firm default and then also allow a personal default option.

Hi Rebekah Hesser! In Double, your team can individually set the default within user settings.

However, we are more than happy to do a data fix internally if you think this isn't feasible! If you would like us to do so, please just write into support!

Kenny Song That's delightful news! Could you please help me locate this setting? I've attached all of my user settings in screenshots (and why I REALLY need to fix it.)

Rebekah Hesser: Hi Rebekah, apologies for my poor wording. When I meant user setting I meant the latest model used in Ask Double by a user automatically saves so then it is saved as the default model moving forward for them.

Kenny Song thanks for the clarification! So I believe this is a bug report instead of a feature request, because it does not do that for me. It is defaulting to Claude even when I run chats in ChatGPT.
