Additional Close Roles (More than three close roles)

We have 3-4 staff assigned to each client (typically by work type: Payroll, AP, etc). Having the ability to customize roles - especially for the higher level staff that don't need access to Admin 'stuff'.

the roles available are not great, i'm having to make most team members managers because i want them to use templates. also admins and managers should have the ability to stop/edit/add timers for all team members. I don't want standard role to see rates etc.

A role customization and additional set of generic roles would be something nice to have. In my specific scenario, I'd like to have a supervisor/manager role, who is responsible for project management, editing tasks and assigning/re-assigning tasks on top of functionality that a standard user role gets.

Need the ability for a user to add clients and have access to all clients without having to give them to the user but not be able to delete closes or change admin roles for others. I can't have admins seeing all of our billing info.

This would be awesome, especially because we assign a lot of the pre-close tasks to an intern, who isn't technically the "Preparer"
