Add Priorities to Client Question "Urgent" - "High Priority" - "Timely Manner"

!! There are Certain Client Questions that Need Immediate Attention. !!
It would be nice when communicating with clients to simply have them log into their Keeper account and see, top tier, Urgent and High Priority Questions that need answered.
This could substantially help bookkeepers by alleviating added communications regarding explanation of where and how to find certain transaction questions.
We could just say to client, "Hey can you quickly check your client portal and answer the Urgent questions I have posted. If you could answer them today that would be awesome!

OMG yes. This has been especially relevant to me this month with W9/1099 related questions and those handful of clients that refuse to separate business & personal expenses. What a PITA nightmare.
