We utilize Track1099 for processing. The csv that is uploaded from Double to Track1099 does not accept spelled out states. It would be fantastic if there was a dropdown field for State in the Double W9 data entry to avoid having someone spell out the state rather than use an abbreviation. And this would ensure that the correct abbreviation for all states is used and does not have to be looked up outside of the system.
