1099 "On File"

There needs to be another option for 1099s. It would be nice to have an "on file" category. Because "Not needed" to me says "we don't need one, don't ask" and "For Review" is we're not sure or we need it and we're requesting it, but we don't have it yet.
I'm not sure what to do with them when I get the 1099.

Or could there be a 'reviewed' tab? Now there is just 'for review' and 'not needed'. I'd like to clear out for review... but if a 1099 is needed and all good it just stays on that tab all year.

Even for W9 information in QBO to talk back and forth with Keeper. If you attach in one place it flows to the other system. It's a bit manual and clunky at the moment.
