Allow multi-select to bulk exclude transactions for a vendor. Use case: a bunch of transactions for a specific vendor won't need a 1099 but you don't want to say that vendor will never need a 1099 so you want to exclude a batch of transactions for them. Maybe you paid them 10 times using a debit card and then started writing checks for instance. You'd want to be able to exclude the 10 debit card transactions all at once without having to individually click exclude and then click to confirm confirm on all ten transactions .
