Post Multiple Transactions from Single File
Double's AI can now record multiple transactions from a single source file. Drop one document into your client uploads inbox and let our AI split it into a clean batch of bills, expenses, or journal entries ready to post.
- Post a whole batch from one file:Upload a multi-invoice PDF, csv or Excel file and process every transaction in a single pass instead of one at a time.
- Let AI fill the gaps:If a vendor or GL account doesn't exist yet, our AI will create it with your approval.
- Review, then bulk-post:Double-check the values and post the full batch in one click.
- No AI? No problem:Clients in the Core or Plus tier can still create multiple transactions from a single source file manually - just click into the file and select the "Multi-txn from file" option.
