Create Task from Inbound Client Question
You can now create or link tasks directly from inbound client questions in your portal, making it easier to delegate, track, and stay accountable for client requests.
  • Delegate with ease: Convert any client question into a task and assign it to the right teammate, just like you can with emails.
  • Stay organized: Linked tasks display a "Client Q" badge so you always know which tasks originated from a client question — and clicking it takes you straight to the original message.
  • Keep full context: Attachments and question details are accessible directly from the linked task, so nothing gets lost in the handoff.
AI Improvements
  • Added documentation of the AI's reasoning when performing a reconciliation discrepancy analysis.
  • Gave users the option to switch between AI models when completing a reconciliation analysis.
  • Added support for csv bank transaction uploads for AI reconciliation analysis.
Tax Suite Improvements
  • Completed e-signature documents now include an e-signature details page with audit trail.
  • Tax tasks are now viewable on the Client list - Tax return view.
  • Improved the load times and performance for viewing Organizers in the app.
  • Added a trigger to Zapier for Tax return status update.
General Improvements
  • When creating a task via Zapier, you can now add an assignee by typing the user's email address.
  • When creating a task via Zapier, you can take the action "Get client assignment," which will show you which users are assigned as preparer, reviewer, manager for the client.
  • When creating a new client via Zapier, you can now apply a template and assign a preparer, reviewer, and manager.
  • When adding a new client contact via Zapier, you can now assign the contact to multiple clients for access to multiple client portals.
  • Added open/resolved comment status to comments in the Notification inbox.
  • Added a client list configuration setting to allow for more flexibility in how column headers are displayed.
  • Added a column to the client list showing how many open closes there are for a given client. You can click into the cell for visibility into which closes are outstanding.
  • Updated the Prepare 1099s report logic to better support Xero clients - specifically ensuring bill payments are linked to exclude/include by account logic.
  • Users can now click to go to a task from the Activity log.
  • Improved loading of tasks on the Task List so users can select all tasks up to the maximum tasks per page selection.
