Import rules from QuickBooks

You can now import Quickbooks Online bank feed rules into Double's AI bank feeds, eliminating the need to recreate rules.

Other Improvements

Added a check to prevent duplicate bank connections across clients in bank feeds.
Refreshed the design of certain cells in the client list to maintain consistency with actions throughout the app.
Improved column header wrapping behavior in the client list table.
Made improvements to the accruals schedule tables, including formatting and cell selection updates.

Fixed a bug where new practices on the Plus plan could not see the Inbox feature.
Fixed a bug where refreshing after matching transactions in AI Bank Feeds pushed transactions back into the bank feed.
