Manager Close Role (3rd Preparer Reviewer Role)

We now support adding a third "Manager" role for larger firms with more complex closing workflows.

Fixes and Improvements

Added support for creating Firm Tasks from emails in the Gmail add-in.
Fixed a bug causing the SendTo field in the Client Portal emails tab to be reset when sending Vendor Requests.
Fixed a bug causing Email Blasts to show up in Email Histories of clients who did not receive that email blast.
