AI Transactions: Completely Redesigned
We've rebuilt AI Transactions from the ground up. Instead of starting with a blank text box, you can chat with an intelligent agent, trained in posting various transaction types.
Open the chat, tell the agent what you need in plain language, reference a transaction you've already posted in QBO, pull up a previously saved prompt, or apply a skill you've already built. The agent handles the mapping and asks clarifying questions along the way.
Once the transaction is drafted, the agent offers to save your instructions as a reusable skill - so the next time a similar file comes in, you're one click away from done. Client-specific preferences are saved to memory automatically, so the agent gets smarter with every interaction.
And if something isn't quite right, you don't start over. Reopen the chat, continue the conversation, and the agent updates both the transaction and the skill based on your feedback.
This redesign is now released in beta for clients on the Scale plan. To get access, fill out this form.
