Clients can reply via text to the practice phone number (Two way texting)
It would be awesome if clients could respond to transaction and non-transaction questions via text and they would update in Keeper. Some clients have a hard time getting to the computer to respond to questions. If they could respond on the go via text, I think they would get me answers sooner.

Client Portal Checkboxes
Several clients have expressed that the client portal would be more user friendly if they could check mark completed tasks. This way they would not have to provide a written response (ex. I ask them to download a file from the portal and to comment "Done" to mark the task as completed).
