Feature Requests

Currently, there is no way to search across all categories/columns or filter specifically by bank feed descriptions in Double. When trying to reference how a past transaction or bank feed description was categorized, finding that historical context is difficult compared to QuickBooks. Proposal: Global Search Field: Add a single, unified search bar that searches across all columns simultaneously, regardless of whether the user is on the Pending, Posted, or Excluded tab. Bank Feed Description Filter: Include the ability to search/filter explicitly by the raw bank feed description text.

I'd like to be able to split transactions in the bank feeds using a rule. For example, if charges from Double, our favorite software provider, are always split 50/50 between two classes, I'd like to automate that with a rule.

Bank feeds for our Xero clients would be fantastic. I know this is in the works but it would be really helpful if we at least had a broad idea on timing

Sometimes I dont want to assign a vendor, but I can't see a way to leave it blank because keeper forces me to assign a vendor

It would be nice to be able to create rules based on which sub-account credit card the transaction occurred on.

In the uncertain tab of the bank feeds, there is a black box that pops up upon hovering over the transaction. This simply gets in the way and prevents users from clicking on the actual account or vendor that they want.

Some bank allow them to import into QBO. I'd like to have them in Keeper

Sometimes we want all checks to go to a certain category except for 2-3 specific amounts. This would help make the rule more robust. Also, please bring in check images. Keeper bank feeds severely lags in competition behind QBO for any company that utilizes monthly hand written checks

I think the Bank Feeds should be synced with QB instead of connected independently. That way, when a receipt is uploaded, the system can find a matching bank feed that's pending to be posted. Currently, the receipt feature has no different to Hubdoc which we have to look up the matching transactions in QB and post receipt in Hubdoc. The QB receipt feature is somehow better than Double. However, QB receipt feature only generate Bill and Expense. It can be perfect if the Double has the ability to sync the unposted bank feeds from QB and able to find potential match from the receipts uploaded.
